1. 25+ Verified Membership

ÉLEVÉ LUXE is a private, invitation-based, verified social membership platform for adults 25 years of age and older. Every applicant must complete identity verification before being approved.

2. Identity Verification

  • Government-issued photo ID is required at application.
  • IDs are reviewed by the ÉLEVÉ trust team and stored securely.
  • Profiles and photos are manually reviewed by humans before approval.
  • Verified members display a verification badge.

3. Manual Moderation & Human Review

Every profile, photo, and reported message is reviewed by the ÉLEVÉ trust team. We remove fake accounts, impersonators, and any content that violates the Community Guidelines.

4. Anti-Harassment Policy

Harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, sexual coercion, and unsolicited explicit imagery are not tolerated and result in immediate removal. We cooperate with law enforcement where required.

5. Reporting & Blocking

  • Report any member from their profile or message thread.
  • Block any member to immediately stop all contact.
  • Reports are reviewed within 24 hours by the trust team.

6. Prohibited Activity

ÉLEVÉ is a private members club for verified social, friendship, business, and lifestyle connections. It is not an escort or adult-companionship service. Solicitation, escort services, prostitution, sugar arrangements, transactional companionship, hookup activity, and any illegal or adult services are strictly prohibited and removed on detection.

7. Private & Encrypted Messaging

Member messaging is private and transmitted over encrypted channels. Member content is not shared off-platform without consent.

8. Privacy Protections

  • Sensitive pages blur when the app is backgrounded.
  • Subtle dynamic watermarks on member content discourage screenshots.
  • Two-factor authentication available to every member; required for admins.
  • Approval-based access — non-members cannot view profiles.
