1. Authenticity
Use your real name, current photos, and accurate professional information. Impersonation, catfishing, AI-generated likenesses, and stock imagery are not permitted.
2. Respect
Treat every member with discretion and courtesy. Harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit content, threats, or unsolicited explicit imagery will result in immediate removal.
3. Privacy & Discretion
Conversations, photos, and member identities are confidential. Do not screenshot, share, publish, or off-platform any member's content or details without their explicit consent.
4. Purpose of the Platform
ÉLEVÉ LUXE is a private verified luxury social membership platform for professional, social, friendship, business, and lifestyle connections among verified members. It is not an escort or adult-companionship service. Solicitation, escort services, prostitution, sugar arrangements, transactional companionship, hookup activity, and any illegal or adult services are strictly prohibited and result in immediate removal.
5. No Solicitation or Spam
Do not promote businesses, MLM schemes, investments, crypto, or external services. Recruiting for other apps or platforms is not allowed.
6. Safety
Meet in public for first encounters, share your plans with someone you trust, and use the Report tool if anything feels off. Our Trust & Safety team reviews every report.
7. Membership Standards
Membership is reserved exclusively for adults 25 years of age or older. Users under the age of 25 are not permitted to create an account or access the platform. Members must be legally able to date, and not currently married or partnered unless openly disclosed and mutually understood.
8. Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, suspension, permanent removal, and forfeiture of any active membership without refund. Serious violations are reported to the appropriate authorities.
