1. Membership
Membership is invitation-only and reserved exclusively for adults 25 years of age or older. Users under the age of 25 are not permitted to create an account or access the platform. ÉLEVÉ LUXE CONNECT is designed for mature professionals seeking intentional, meaningful relationships. We reserve the right to approve, decline, suspend, or revoke membership at our sole discretion.
2. Code of conduct
- Treat every member with respect and discretion.
- No harassment, hate speech, solicitation, or impersonation.
- No commercial promotion without written consent.
- Photos must be authentic and depict only you.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Premium and VIP Concierge memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel any time via the billing portal. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Intellectual property
The ÉLEVÉ LUXE name, logo, and platform are owned by ÉLEVÉ LUXE. Member-uploaded content remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to display it inside the app.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via eleveluxeconnect.com/delete-account.
6. Liability
ÉLEVÉ LUXE is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.
