1. Membership Billing
ÉLEVÉ LUXE is a private verified luxury social membership platform. Premium and VIP memberships are billed monthly through our secure payment processor. The Stripe descriptor reads "Private verified luxury membership access."
2. Free Trial
Eligible plans may include a free trial. You will not be charged during the trial window. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid a charge.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time from Account → Membership → Manage billing. Cancellations stop the next renewal. You retain access through the end of the current paid period.
4. Refunds
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case in good faith for: duplicate charges, technical errors that prevented platform access, or accounts removed by ÉLEVÉ before any meaningful use of the paid period.
5. Event Refund Policy
All event payments are final and non-refundable unless an event is canceled by Élevé Luxe Connect.
If an event is canceled by Élevé Luxe Connect, members may receive a refund, event credit, or transfer to a future event.
No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

6. Chargebacks
Please contact concierge before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Fraudulent chargebacks result in account termination.
